1. You, Your Nerves & Creating Ritual
I know it might sound blunt, but your fear of public speaking isn’t unique. Unless you’re a psychopath, nerves are part of the process—we all have different thresholds for that fear. This 75-minute session meets that fear head-on. We’ll explore what’s really happening when you feel terrified in front of a room and, most importantly, what you can do to move through it with grace.
-
2. Your Voice
How you say something is everything. Learn a simple technique to make your speaking voice more engaging. It’s not just about sounding good—it’s how you get any audience to remember you, connect, and maybe even buy what you offer.
-
3. Your Body
Your body speaks louder than words—are you sending the right message? In this class, you’ll learn how to use your physicality to connect more deeply with others. Whether presenting, networking, or leading meetings, mastering body language helps you appear authentic, approachable, and in command. Mastering body language is your path to trust.
-
4. Your Brain
Public speaking is sharing your brain with others—but what if their brains don’t think like yours? The worst presentations just explain. In this session, you’ll learn how to make your ideas pop and get your audience nodding along.
-
5. Your Intention
What’s the difference between talking and engaging? How do you get folks to change their minds? How will they feel what you want them to feel? Drawing from the craft of acting (but not in a weird way) we’ll make sure your communication isn’t just giving a speech. Introverts will love this one.

6. Bridging the Gap
If networking makes you cringe, you’re not alone—and this class is for you. Trust isn't built on your resume. It starts with how people feel in your presence. This session dives into how we create connection: how you listen, how you show up, and how you make others feel seen. At a conference, a party, or a high-stakes meeting, you’ll have practical tools to build real trust—quickly, naturally, and without pretending to be someone you’re not.
